Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information mobileappdesign.io (the “Service”) collects about you, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short: we collect the minimum we need to run a paid subscription product, and we do not sell your data.

1. Information we collect

• Account information. When you sign up we collect your email address. If you sign in with a third-party identity provider (such as Google), we receive your email and basic profile information from that provider.
• Billing information. Payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers. We store only your subscription status and a reference to your Stripe customer record.
• Usage data. We collect anonymised, aggregated analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, general region, device type) to understand what to improve. We do not build individual behavioural profiles.
• Content you create. If you save screens to collections, we store those collections against your account so they are there when you come back.

2. How we use your information

• to create and secure your account and sign you in;
• to process subscription payments and manage renewals or cancellations;
• to provide the features you use, such as collections and saved items;
• to send transactional email — sign-in links, receipts, and important notices about your account or changes to our terms;
• to understand aggregate usage and improve the product;
• to prevent abuse, such as scraping or account sharing.

We do not send marketing email without your consent, and we never sell personal data.

3. Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments:

• Stripe — payment processing and billing.
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
• Cloudflare — image storage and content delivery.

Each provider receives only the data it needs to perform its function. We do not share your personal information with anyone else except where required by law.

4. Cookies

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you want your account and associated data deleted, email support@mobileappdesign.io from your account email and we will delete it. Billing records may be retained where we are legally required to keep them (for example, for tax purposes).

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@mobileappdesign.io. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.

7. Security

All traffic to the Service is encrypted in transit. Access to production data is restricted, and authentication uses short-lived, single-use sign-in links or securely hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for the principle of storing as little personal data as possible.

8. International transfers

Our providers operate global infrastructure, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards our providers maintain, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Children

The Service is not directed at children and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where practical, notify you by email or in the product.
